We start with a 30-45 minute chemistry call. No charge. Both sides assess fit.
I'm very direct—I'll tell you what's broken and what needs to change, even if it's uncomfortable. If that doesn't work for you, that's fine. We'll part as friends.
If we're both in, it's a 12-month commitment at £3,000/month.
